| | | | | | Our classes usually start out with a warm up run of about five to ten minutes followed by either stretching or warm up drills of basic movements. These stretching and warm up drills are rigorous and tire even the most experienced students. Typically, the next portion is devoted to training movements with a partner that simulate encounters that one might have in the roda (pronounced "ho-dah." Afterwards, the class might either have a roda or practice tumbling. Training with us will give you a great workout, including stretching, high-flying kicks, tumbling, strength and athletic training, self-defense, discipline and endurance. Advanced classes might also include learning the Capoeira instruments, power stretching, and different styles of Capoeira, such as Angola. | All classes are held at SEGA
